Wow—what a great show this year! We didn’t know what to expect from attendance, given the tough economy, and were thrilled to have had an active showroom with great guests. As you know, we introduced 4 new chairs and had great feedback—we were busy from the time we opened up until late Tuesday. I walked around the show a bit each day, and saw some cool chairs and various product from other companies. Overall, there was real vibrancy and great to see people excited about the industry again after a tough couple of years.
The InTouch chair seemed to steal the show for us. We are thrilled to have won Best of NeoCon, Editor’s Choice and everyone seemed to love how great it looks and how comfortable it is. Not a comment on this post specifically, but I just wanted to say that your warranty rocks. I have an office chair which is at least six years old. You just replaced the arm rests which were starting to crack AT NO CHARGE. Didn't even charge me shipping. That is incredible. Thank you!
